What it is not for
- Pressure-sensitive or carbon-copy forms. The nib does not press through.
- Sitting uncapped on a desk. A steel nib dries out in about 20 minutes.
- Being left inked and unused for months. Empty and flush it first.
- Keys in the same pocket. Anodizing scratches show as bright lines.
Care
Flush with room-temperature tap water when you change ink or every six weeks. Wipe the nib and section after a fill. Store nib-up if you will not write for a week. Wipe the body with a damp cloth.
