Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more; $6 flat below that. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 2 pm Central ship the same business day. Tracking on every order.
Returns
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of reaching us. Ink, cartridges and refills cannot be returned once opened.
Nib guarantee
A nib that skips, scratches or hard-starts out of the box is our problem, not yours. Send a photo of a writing sample within 14 days. We replace the nib unit or refund the pen.
Damaged in transit
Send a photograph within 7 days. Replaced or refunded in full, and keep the damaged piece.
